Hi, I’m Ravi.

I’m a first-generation Indian American originally from Houston, now based in Rahway, New Jersey. My path in music began at age 12, when I picked up the keys, guitar, and French horn—starting a lifelong relationship with sound that shaped how I see the world. For nearly a decade, I immersed myself in music, until a more practical voice took over: “Music is great and all, but it won’t pay the bills.”

I earned a degree in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M in 2018.
But fulfillment kept calling. In 2021, I left my day job. In 2022, I moved to NYC to pursue sound engineering full-time.I began at Manhattan Beach Recording, first as an intern, then as an engineer. Over two years, I contributed to sessions across genres—recording, mixing, and mastering projects that honed my craft and sharpened my ear.

Today, I work independently as a mixing engineer,
collaborating with artists to bring their visions to life. My approach is rooted in intention, emotion, and clarity—always in service of the artist’s vision. Sound is my medium.
